I find it meaningful so would like to share it here. In his post, he mention that, Do we really know how to communicate and not only communicate, but to also do it effectively? Can we really talk to anyone?

And yes I agree to that, perhaps its easy to talk but not easy to commumicate. Communication is a learning culture. Communcation can cause misunderstand if it wasnt express out well.

One of the tips is "Maintain eye contact". This is the most and tough for me. I hate eye contact, i just don't like. One of my weakness during sch presentation was eye contact, I just afraid to have any eye contact with anyone.

Another song from elson. Would like to share it here. 说了再见 (原唱: 周杰伦). Never heard of this song by Jay Chou. No ideas is new or old song..hehe but after hearding, it was a nice song, nice melody too.



Had been having vomiting feeling for the past few weeks. Wanted to vomit but nothing came out. Cough until my throat was that painful. Eat sour plums but like no use. I hate this feeling, very miserable.
