today go play badminton..sweat alot lor..so long didnt play..play until now my hand pain..muscle cramp..so funs playing wif them but quite tired lor..if can mus play once a week lor..can exercise cos nowaday hre pain there pain..my mum said didnt exercise so i gt chance mus go exercise..exercise is gd for us lor.

i play until the whole racket throw out..lol..dunno y lor..i guess no strength bah..lol
then bought 100plus drink..jus the right time..haha..drink la then gt energy mah..haha
